Mr. Cilio is a graduate of the University of Naples and holds a Master Degree in Comparative Law from Pace University School of Law in New York.

Mr. Cilio has worked throughout his career as a business and corporate attorney in Italy and New York and is a member of New York and Italy bars.

Mr. Cilio is a member of the Foreign Lawyer, Corporate and International Law Committees of the New York County Lawyer's Association.
